I have been passionate about woodworking for as long as I can remember. In 2017 I decided to leave my job as a Field Director working with troubled youth to dedicate all my time to carpentry.
I view finish carpentry as functional art. I love creating spaces that are beautiful and functional. That is why designing and building master closets, mudrooms, laundry rooms, and book shelves are my favorite projects.
Besides carpentry, I love nature and spend as much time as I can out in it. I am in love with the West Desert and the mountains. Learning and teaching primitive skills or bushcraft is my other passion aside from carpentry.
I believe everyone should have a space that is a sanctuary for them. Whether that’s in nature or your own home. It brings me joy to be able to help others make that space a reality.
